10. Exhaust ventilation treatment system
1) The exhaust duct is situated on the side of the machine, with separate routes for the discharge of acid, alkali, and chemical research waste gases. The main exhaust duct has a diameter of 500mm. The design of the exhaust duct should be standardized and reasonable, ensuring that the exhaust outlet positions, sizes, branch pipes, and main pipes are neatly arranged, aesthetically pleasing, and harmoniously aligned, achieving excellent exhaust performance and ensuring the timely and thorough removal of acidic and alkaline waste gases emitted from the tank.
2) For longer pipelines, the pressure loss in ventilation ducts is significant, leading to poor suction at the end of the network. To ensure consistent suction across all production lines, it is necessary to use effective duct layouts and install air volume control devices on each suction branch pipe. These devices allow for flexible adjustment of suction volume, ensuring optimal suction performance throughout the entire production line.
11. Target
This production line provides a total of 7 sets (14) of copper flying targets that meet the process requirements. The positioning method is immersion structure and water cathode (positioning saddle) paired to ensure good positioning and conduction.
